  • Jeff Levin, L.M.T., C.M.T., is a licensed and certified massage and neuromuscular therapist in practice for over 15 years and a member of the AMTA. He offers a broad spectrum of healing modalities in a safe and nurturing environment, honoring both men and women. He is the former coordinator of massage and hands-on therapy at Shattuck Hospital’s Pain and Stress Relief Clinic and works with chronic pain, auto accidents and sports injured clients. He is a teacher at The Muscular Therapy Institute, teaches workshops at Omega Institute, working with couples and individuals to enhance their lifestyles. He incorporates meditation and stretching exercises, combining Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial release and hand and foot reflexology (with peach kernel oil and vitamin E paraffin).   • Rezakkah Norins, L.M.T., provides massage for relaxation and relief of pain due to physical or emotional injury, postural imbalance, and chronic health conditions. She specializes in head, neck and back problems, including TMJ. Also, she specializes in working with cancer patients. Her techniques are drawn from Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular re-patterning, and Reiki. Sessions frequently include breath release, energy balancing, guided visualization and instructions in self-care techniques.   • Monica Simpson Monica Simpson, L.M.T., is a licensed neuromuscular massage therapist and Reiki practitioner with 20 years experience in massage for pain relief and/or relaxation. She specializes in the alleviation of headaches, pain and stiffness in the neck, shoulders, hips and back. Her work includes the gentle release of trigger points (areas of high neurological activity which cause referred pain and chronic tension), deep thorough massage, and a system of energetics (called Babinetics) which assists the body and the other levels of consciousness to let go of reactive states and come into alignment with the peaceful, responsive energy of the spiritual heart center. This combination is very relaxing and effective in releasing tensions held in the body as a result of overuse or injury, positional stress due to occupation, and/or chronic emotional-mental stress.   • Renèe Tracy, A.B.T, is a graduate of the Boston Shiatsu School and a member of AOBTA. As the owner and founder of Cougar Spirit Bodyworks, Reñee specializes mainly in Asian bodywork therapies, with her core focus being Shiatsu and Sotai. Shiatsu is very similar to acupuncture but without the use of needles. For centuries it has been used successfully to relax and rejuvenate as well as to treat most common ailments such as PMS, asthma, muscle tension, headaches, mental/emotional stress, constipation, IBS, fatigue, insomnia, TMJ, depression, repetitive strain injuries, stomach and lung disorders.
